Here's how it works...
- You and I figure out the basics, (what you do, how you do it, where you do it at and what your strong points are for sales pitches). Then figure out what you like in terms of how you want to represent your DJ Company, (wedding focused, or general parties, or corporate gigs, or karaoke or ???).
- Then you tell me if there are any designs you've seen that you like, (or elements of those site designs you like). You pay me ( I accept PayPal , All major credit cards, Google Checkout, Checks, Cash, etc), and then I create site based on what your goals are and what I can fish out during discovery. I sprinkle in some proven conversion tactics, (like DJI availability checker, etc) and good old fashioned ad-copy.
- The site is designed with search engines in mind, (all ad copy and pages are created so that it is on-topic and based on key phrases clients might type into a search engine). If you have a domain already that fits your site topic great! We'll just use that, or if it does not fit your topic too well, I would probably use a different URL for search engines, and the point the domain you have now to the new site. The URL I choose will be something that fits the topic of the site and works better for search relevance. The URL you have can be used for external marketing efforts and company identification if you want.
- What's included in my sites is pretty well outlined at the site http://DJWebsiteDesigner.com but in summary I include everything you need to get going for an entire year. The site layout, graphics, images, ad-copy, SEO and search submission, domain name, hosting (unless you already have a host), free trial of DJIntelligence, free ad at FDJA for one year and plenty of advice on what to expect and how to promote your site beyond what I do. After the year is up, all you'll be responsible for is renewing the URL (usually about $10) and pay me for hosting ($100 year). If you like DJIntelligence and decide to keep, after the 2 month trial it's $100 year. All of the above takes no time at all and you can be up and running in less than 2 weeks depending on my schedule (right now is good), and it takes several weeks to start showing up in the search engines.
